The Artist:

To see Kate's work is to see a part of her soul. Her use of light and color, as with, "Saranac Sunrise" gives the viewer the feeling of serenity and standing with her. She is a person of few words in person but, says so much with her work. Her camera shows an intimacy with life and shows us the sudden moments of beauty so many of us take for granted.

Kate never rests on her laurels and continues to find ways of binding people with nature through her gift.
